Any real estate agent worth their beans will tell you that when you're looking for a home, the 3 most important things to identify are location, location, location!

Just like the young couple looking to purchase their first house so that they can start a family, we've also been wrestling with finding that perfect place to start a new church. You see, over the last 6 months we've been full steam ahead to launch in Seattle. However, God's initial call to my wife, Marisa and I was to launch this church in Bellevue and for us to go anywhere else would be disobedient. After discussing this with the Rain City Leadership Team, we decided it would be beneficial to spend more time in prayer and fasting, to ask God for direction. During that time God clearly reaffirmed His desire for us to launch in Bellevue.

After talking this over with the leadership at Rain City, we knew that we needed the blessing of Overlake Christian Church, where I have spent the last 6 wonderful years in ministry. Through many hours of conversation and prayer with the leadership at OCC, they have graciously given us their blessing.

So, without further ado, we are officially Rain City Church of Bellevue, WA!

Although our location has changed, our vision is still the same: to make it safe and simple for people to find and follow Jesus.
